From time to time, we have encountered a minor problem with PayPal. For example, if your credit card has no 3- or 4-digit card verification number on the back, you will see your payment screen disappear and reappear, but there will be no error message. Your card will not have been charged. You might try a couple more times, and finally PayPal will give you a pop-up window with a phone number to call.
